Your phone might have temporarily lost its Internet connection, or the app might be too big to download over your phone's mobile data connection. We recommend connecting to a WiFi network before downloading the Quickflix app.
- Make sure you have a connection. On Start, press Marketplace.
- At the bottom of the screen, you'll see the number of incomplete downloads. Press it to see the downloads queue.
- Press and hold the Quickflix app, then press Retry.
