Why do I get an "Attention required, press here" message when I try to download the Quickflix app?

Your phone might have temporarily lost its Internet connection, or the app might be too big to download over your phone's mobile data connection. We recommend connecting to a WiFi network before downloading the Quickflix app.

  1. Make sure you have a connection. On Start, press Marketplace.
  2. At the bottom of the screen, you'll see the number of incomplete downloads. Press it to see the downloads queue.
  3. Press and hold the Quickflix app, then press Retry.
