I can't select anything on the Quickflix application

If you're unable to select anything, but can still navigate on the Quickflix application, this is generally a controller issue and we advise to try the below steps:

Turn off all controllers connected to your Xbox 360

  1. Hold the Xbox Guide button in the middle of the Xbox 360 controller for 3 seconds.
  2. Select Turn Off Controller.

Repeat these steps until all controllers are switched off.

Turn on one Xbox controller

  1. Hold the Guide button in the middle of the Xbox 360 controller for 3 seconds.
  2. Once the controller is powered on, attempt to select a movie or TV show.
