Quickflix is not working on my Chromecast

Quickflix on Chromecast is designed to allow you to control your movie and TV watching experience right from your iPhone, iPad or Android device. 

If you aren't seeing the Cast icon, or are having trouble setting up your Chromecast, check the below. 

Make sure you have the latest operating system installed on your mobile or tablet.

Chomecast is compatible with iOS 7.0+ iPhones and iPads. Compatible with Wi-Fi enabled Android 4.0+ smartphones and tablets.

Make sure the Quickflix app is up-to-date.

You can check for updates in the App Store or in Google Play.

Make sure your device is connected to the same wireless network as your Chromecast.

Chromecast needs to be on the same Wi-Fi network in order to connect.

Make sure your router, modem or gateway is set to multicast.

Your router, modem or gateway owner's manual or manufacturer should have instructions for enabling multicast.
