I have lost internet connection to my Sony device

If your device is having problems staying connected to Quickflix, make sure your device is connected to the internet.

  • Simply try another internet based application. If you cannot connect to other apps, you will need to troubleshoot your network.

To verify that your Sony Blu-ray player, smart TV or Home Theatre System is connected to the internet, from the Home screen...

  • Press Left until Setup is highlighted.
  • Press Down and select Network Settings.
  • Press Down and select Network Connection Diagnostics.
  • Select Start.
  • If the test responds with network connections are correct, your device is connected to the internet.

If you are having issues with connecting to the internet, please seek advice from your internet service provider.
