If you are experiencing some freezing or lag when using the Quickflix app to play movies and TV shows on your iOS device, the below steps may help.
Restart your device and free up some space
- Hold down the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button until the device restarts and you see the Apple logo.
- Double tap the Home button and make sure you swipe to close anything you don’t need running.
Check your Quickflix app is up to date
- Navigate to Settings > iTunes & App Store and make sure that Apps is toggled on under Automatic Downloads. This will ensure that any time the Quickflix app is updated, you will have the most recent version.
