If your mobile appears to be frozen when using the Quickflix application there are a couple of things you can do to try and fix it.
- Press and hold down, at the same time, the Volume (down) and Power buttons (they're on the side of the mobile).
- Continue to hold down both buttons until the mobile turns off, which should take you around 8 seconds.
- Turn the mobile back on and it should be working normally.
Alternatively, if you can, turn off your phone, take the battery out, put it back in and turn the phone on.
Once you have done the above, try the Quickflix application again and if it does not work, we recommend removing the application and then re-installing it.
