I have lost internet connection to my LG device

To verify that your LG Smart TV is connected to the internet, from the Home screen:

  • Select Setup.
  • Select Network.
  • Select Connection Status.
  • Verify that your screen displays both Local Area Network Success and Internet Success to ensure internet connectivity.

If you are using a LG Smart TV and have the Home button on the remote.

  • Press the Home button.
  • Select Setup or Settings.
  • Select Network.
  • Select Network Status.
  • Verify Wired or Wireless network is connected.
