Quickflix hasn't received a disc I have sent back

There may be times that you're certain you've sent a disc back to us, however you can still see that title under "Discs sent to me". If this is the case, please check the following;

  • That you have not put the disc aside by mistake and sent the envelope without the disc inside
  • That you haven't accidentally put one of your own personal discs in the envelope, and a Quickflix DVD or Blu-ray disc is sitting in another case.

As we use Australia Post for the delivery and return of all discs, there may also be the potential of delay. We're happy to investigate though, so please contact our Member Care team after a few days if the disc is still sitting in your "Discs sent to me" or "Discs returning" section in My Queue.
