We don’t want you to pay when you’re not using our service, so we allow our members to take subscription payment holidays.
You can take a subscription payment holiday if you're on a paid subscription that includes DVD & Blu-ray. You will be able to suspend your services for up to 1 month online at any given time.
I have a Quickflix DVD & Blu-ray paid subscription, how do I take a subscription holiday?
- Log in to the Quickflix website with your email address and password.
- Click on the member menu icon.
- Scroll down to Pause My Subscription.
- Select your holiday start date and the amount of time you would like to pause your subscription for from the options available.
- Click Pause.
Please note: Your subscription will continue to be billed whilst you have Quickflix discs out. So, if you’re intending on taking a subscription holiday, make sure you send back all discs before your next bill date.
If you start a subscription holiday mid-month, your next billed month will be adjusted for the days paid for in the previous month that have not been used.
If you would like to take a subscription payment holiday for up to 3 months, contact us. The online limit is 1 month.
Free trials and paid streaming subscriptions are not eligible for subscription holidays.
