We do our best to ensure that all discs we send out are clean and damage free though sometimes you may receive a disc that appears damaged or simply will not play on your device.
If you feel the disc looks okay and you can't find any scratches or cracks on it, we recommend testing another compatible device or testing another disc on your current device.
If this does not resolve the issue or there is visible wear and tear on the disc and you would like to let us know, please report the disc by following the below steps.
Report a Problem
- When signed in to your Quickflix account, go to My Queue.
- Under "Discs sent to me" find the title you wish to report and click
- Let us know what was wrong with the disc by selecting an issue from the drop-down menu. You can also request a replacement disc.
