How do I report an issue with a DVD I have received?


Quickflix does its best to ensure that all DVDs we send out are clean and damage free. If you have received a disc that is damaged or faulty, you can report the issue via the Quickflix website.

Let us know you've received a faulty DVD.

To report a problem with a disc you have received, click on the My Queue tab on the Quickflix website and under Discs sent to me, click Report  on the appropriate movie or TV show.

Once you've chosen to report an issue, the following window will be presented to you, where you can let us know the details as well as request a replacement disc. Once you're happy with the information you've provided, click Submit Report.
